Condo was amazing. Very clean and spacious. Nice big rooms. So quiet. Couldn’t hear kids outside or anyone above us. Nice amenities too. Great gas grill. Hosts were great too. Communication was very quick and helpful.

Booking was very simple. We were sent all the codes the day or 2 before our arrival. Once in the island the property manager texted to confirm arrival and meet us at the property to do a quick walk through. She then emailed the instructions for the Hilton pool. The condo itself was clean, spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The location to the village was easy and to up country as well.

We had numerous issues with this rental No hot water for 3-4 days. The house was not very clean. Cockroaches in the rooms. We kept the doors and screens shut but I think they were in there before our arrival. Same with ants The house is dated Nice location but for the cost it needs some work

The house was nice and the view was spectacular as advertised. Directions and codes provided were accurate and helpful. Items provided like hangers in the closet, beach towels, and trash bags were nice. We had a problem with the pool pump not circulating water but they sent someone out quickly to fix it. David, our concierge did a great job recommending and booking excursions for us. The house did have a few disappointments: - There were roaches in the tub of the guest bathroom - The dishwasher did not latch closed so it leaked when it was running which is probably why the floor in front of it looks water damaged - Someone wrote “clean me” in the dust on the floor next to the TV in the family area - Numerous palm fronds had fallen in the bushes and pool equipment The house needs better maintenance and cleaning. Not sure what the high cleaning fee is for when we found the above issues during our stay?

Great rental! Beach front views are amazing. Clean and tidy space and quiet place. Didn't have a stove, but microwave could bake a pizza. Master shower water pressure was lacking but the 2nd shower was fine.

Excellent ocean view. Nicely decorated with an inviting, eclectic island theme. Spacious balcony lanai, comfortable for 4 adults to enjoy meals or cocktails. The whole condo felt spacious and comfortable. The condo was clean, beds comfortable. kitchen well equipped We had a fantastic stay. Melinda (our hostess) was great and prompt in all our communications. We would definitely book this condo again.

Home and owner are great. Made special provisions for us to make wheelchair access seamless. Very responsive to all requests. LOVED the outdoor shower. The deck area was perfect for gathering and sunsets. Great WiFi no issues there. Will be going back soon. Slight hiccup with patio firepit but I am sure owner will address this in short order. Overall 10/10 experience.
