I so loved this home and the weekend spent in it! The pictures online are quite true to what is shared online. Actually, it's even better in person. The open concept layout on the first floor makes the home feel more spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor space during the day and also at night. The sauna, jacuzzi, patio seating, umbrellas and the turf make the space so cozy and comfortable. I also loved the outdoor lighting features on the patio, front porch and exterior of home. The only bummer was that there was no gas to enjoy the fire pit. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattress was so comfortable. We slept well and I will say that the neighborhood was quiet, safe and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. I would book this one again! I would

So close to the ocean. The location was so great and the beach was semi private where home located. Only issue was no clear path to beach without walking on someone else property. Construction going on on the beach, but that was ok. Very quiet on beach side. Needs handrails inside staircase for older people.

Perfect location on the beach. The house have everything we needed for a perfect getaway: Comfortable beds, welcoming living area, well appointed kitchen & plenty of beach towels! I suggest that the owner check the water pressure in the shared bedroom, & tighten the toilet paper holder. A little W2 40 on door locks would be helpful.

We really enjoyed this home! The only reason we gave it 4 stars is because the kitchen could have been stocked better. We love to cook and there was not enough things to cook with! We do plan on renting again. It is a lovely place and location!

This is a beautiful home! We loved the location in the Terramar community and the nice beach across the street from the community. Also liked the location where the house was located across from a little lake and across the street from the canal. This is the second time we have rented a beach house in this community. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working which was handled as soon as we contacted them and they reimbursed us for the food but it did take some time away from our scheduled plans since we had to be there from the repair person. We loved the home though and recommend it and would stay here again. (If you have little ones make sure you bring electric plug covers and a front door child proof cover.) It accommodated our son, DIL, toddler, 11 month old walking grandbaby, and us (grandparents) perfectly with the 3 bedroom and 2 baths floorplan.
