Angels are all around us. I know because recently I’ve been going through a very difficult time in my life. Quite honestly, I still am. I’ve been feeling like an ant pushing dirt up a hill that never ends. Have you ever felt that way?
I feel this way because the arrows and bombs of difficulty, struggle, and challenging situations keeps coming fast and furiously, large and small, in what appears to be a sequence of events that can’t be turned off.
One thing that amazes me amid all this yucky muck of stuff, also called overwhelming surprises is that there is always someone in the wings of life to help. It may not even seem that way when you are going through the situation, but looking back it is clear that this was the case.
Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t easy to deal with the tough issues or times and they didn’t resolve themselves overnight or without (sometimes) tremendous effort. But if we keep our heads right, we find that we were blessed with blessings and God’s favor all along the way.
I’ve been praying all the time and reaching out to everyone and anyone to do my best to survive these trying times. And one by one each issue has resolved itself and in most cases in an optimal way. We’re still not through it all even today. But I believe that as far as we have come, we will see it through to the other side with amazing results.
God has come to our side and aided us in seeing things through that we couldn’t have done on our own. He’s dropped angels in our path called life, disguised as people. God bless these people I call God’s little angels, doing their work to help us. I’m ready and willing to reciprocate the blessing if the opportunity ever presents itself.
I believe that perhaps it wasn’t just praying, loving, and speaking to God that has and is creating the wonderful things in my life, yet it could be enough to do so. However, I believe my angels of good fortune have come to save me for 2 self initiated behaviors:
1) Prayer, love, and speaking to God
2) Because I try to do good, right, and correct things in my life.
I try to be an angel here on earth to the best of my ability. I try to give love, compassion, help along with all good things so they emanate from me and as a result, comes back to me.
Not always 100% right away, but eventually it will be 100% if I continue giving in this manner because God is with me and nobody will be able to cross Him and be successful long term. I’ve found being honest, truthful, loving, caring, and knowing in your heart and soul that you are doing the right thing and what you believe in by not compromising will yield the results you want because every part of you is in the good where God wants us to be. God is Good!
So, my question to you is who are you going to be an angel for? What can you do today and everyday to help someone else who needs it? Because with everyone doing great things to help each other, there will be a lot of angels around. If someone needs your help, regardless what it is, whether they ask for it or not, do your best to be there for them and do whatever you can to ease their burden. You may just need an angel sometime for yourself and by giving you nearly guarantee one will be available for you just when you need it, even if you don’t recognize it at the time. Angels can come from anywhere!
Have a great week,
